EDWIN A. "ED" WHITE, C.C.I.M.

President of Ed White & Associates, Inc.

Ed White is a 1972 graduate from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Marketing. He has been in the commercial investment real estate profession since 1976.

Ed became a Louisiana licensed real estate broker in 1980, and received the C.C.I.M. (Certified Commercial Investment Member) professional designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute in 1982. This designation is held by approximately 6% of the nation’s commercial real estate professionals.

He twice received the “Ruby Award” from the Jefferson Board of Realtors for the most real estate transactions produced by a commercial agent. He is a lifetime member of the Realtors’ “Million Dollar Sales Club,” and he has received the Realtors’ “Commercial Investment Division Sales Achievement Award” for over ten (10) years. His career personal sales volume is in excess of one billion dollars.

Professionally, Ed has served as President of the Louisiana C.C.I.M. Chapter, and as a Continuing Education Seminar Instructor for the Metro Board of Realtors. He has served as a member of the Louisiana Board of Realtors. He has served on the Business Development and Expansion Committee for the Jefferson Economic Development Commission (JEDCO). He also chaired the Venture Capital Forum sponsored by JEDCO and the University of New Orleans. In addition, Mr. White also serves his community as a past or present member of various boards, including local schools, civic, and Christian ministries.

Ed has been married to his wife, Ellen, since 1985. Together, they have four children and eight grandchildren.

JUSTIN G. ARNOLD C.C.I.M.

Justin is a graduate of Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on finance. He received his MBA from the University of Holy Cross in 2018. In 2001, he joined the firm of Ed White & Associates, Inc., becoming a licensed Louisiana Real Estate agent that same year. Justin has been a top sales producer for EWA through the years. He has been recognized by the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) as a top producer in the New Orleans area. In 2007, he received the Highest Commercial Volume for a First Time Recipient Award from the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR.

He has served on the board of the Jefferson Parish Young Leaders Association; a subsidiary of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce greater New Orleans Metropolitan Area.

He became a Louisiana licensed Real Estate Broker in 2011. He holds the CCIM designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute, which is the highest designation of a commercial real estate specialist. It is held by only 6% of the nation’s practicing commercial real estate professionals.

He is an active partner in the Texas apartment portfolio held by Ed White & Associates. In 2007, he shifted his focus and began assisting the key principal, Ed White, with the strategic direction of the investment portfolio. His primary responsibilities include oversight of on-site management personnel, coordination of directives with upper management, oversight of major capital expenditures, and assisting in the acquisition/disposition financial underwriting. On January 1, 2020, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the firm.

Future activities will include his involvement in portfolio refinance and sales activities. Regarding new acquisitions, he will be a co-principal of the General Partnership with Ed White, C.C.I.M.

NATALIE W. DAWSON

Natalie White Dawson obtained her undergraduate degree from Tulane University. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor degree from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She graduated in the top ten percent of her class, and upon graduation, she was selected for induction into the Order of the Coif, the highest honor a law student can receive.

While in law school, Natalie was a member of the LSU Law Moot Court Board and the National Energy and Sustainability Law Moot Court External Team. She served as the secretary of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, and President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Natalie was also the recipient of the Paul M. Hebert Scholar Award, the Chancellor’s Scholarship, the Marcia Thomas Pendleton Scholarship, and numerous CALI Awards for subjects including Constitutional Law, Administration of Criminal Justice, Evidence, and Bankruptcy.

Natalie practiced law for eight years with the New Orleans office of the international law firm, Locke Lord LLP. Natalie’s practice focused on complex business litigation, consumer finance, real estate, and bankruptcy matters.

Natalie brings her legal knowledge and experience with her as the newest associate to the EWA company, where she will assist with asset management and navigation of partnership legal matters.

ELLEN P. WHITE

Ellen P. White is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Office Administration. After working for an international law firm in the City of New Orleans for eight years, she started with Ed White & Associates, Inc. in 1988.

Ellen earned her Louisiana Real Estate license in 1989, and sold residential real estate in the greater New Orleans area. She was a multimillion-dollar producer for several years.

Her wisdom, insight, and excellent counsel have been invaluable in the growth and success of the firm.

She now acts as an Administrative Assistant and Business Consultant pertaining to all aspects of the Ed White & Associates, Inc. operations.

LYNNE G. MARINO

In Memoriam

Lynne Marino passed away in May of 2015. She started with Ed White & Associates, Inc. in 1984 as our Financial Administrator. Lynne was a dedicated and loyal member of our team, and she was instrumental in our success throughout the years. We were blessed to have her insight and support, and we greatly miss her.
